When you enrol at South Devon College you automatically become a member of the Students' Union (SU).
The Students' Union are here to give the best college experience and to offer you exciting opportunities whilst studying. They help organise events, be that charitable or even just to make money for your college course such as a special trip or some new equipment. Some of the events the Students’ Union organise are Freshers’ Week and the college parties such as the Grand Summer Ball, Freshers’, Hallowe'en, Christmas and Valentine's.
The Students’ Union are always happy to hear your ideas.
The Students’ Union are here to make clubs and societies a part of your college experience. They meet up every fortnight, in the i-Zone (Level 1) to discuss events and any issues which have been raised or need to be raised. The minutes from each Students’ Union meeting are discussed with the Vice Principal and any necessary actions are agreed.
