Matthew Redclift: Hospitality and Catering student

I studied professional cookery at South Devon College, and was nominated for a trial at Mitch Tonks' Seahorse restaurant in Dartmouth. I am now employed as an apprentice chef there, whilst gaining qualifications in English and maths. I learnt a lot during my time at the College, and gained practical experience working in a local cafe. I'm really looking forward to progressing in my career, and potentially following in the footsteps of my employer.
