Essential Skills in Coaching and Mentoring Entry Level
The introduction to coaching and mentoring workshops identifies the necessary roles of a mentor and coach and how they can be applied within the workforce, in the aim to support staff effectively, improve retention and unlock/realise potential. Each workshop identifies the skills, behaviours, and techniques that may vary depending on the need. Information and guidance will be provided based on starting points and progression opportunities, depending on your current knowledge, experience and prior learning.
Participants are recommended to attend both half-day workshops to be fully informed about each of the approaches.
