Principles of Customer Service Certificate Level 2
This course aims to provide students with the underpinning knowledge that is required by employees to work in a range of different environments within a customer service role.
This course will be fully subsidised for those who are over 19, have been resident in the UK for three years, with an exception of those who live within a devolved adult education area and those currently enrolled on an apprenticeship – please click here for more information.

- You should have a genuine interest in this subject
- You will require good literacy and IT skills
- You will require a reliable internet connection & use of a device - A smartphone is not always compatible
Develop essential knowledge of how to carry out customer service tasks, such as how to manage information and supporting events
Know how to apply knowledge in a variety of industries and job roles.

The staff at the College were so kind, supportive and helpful when I first met them. My peers had different abilities - some were already part of the fitness community, some were already personal trainers and the rest were beginners like me.
